These terms set out the agreement for online trading between Lalu and the user of this website ("you"). Please read them carefully before proceeding. By using this website, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

This website is owned and operated by Lalu.

PLACING AN ORDER AND PAYMENT

By placing an order through our website, you are offering to purchase a product at the price listed. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Afterpay, and PayPal. You confirm that you are an authorised user of the selected payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, with a full refund provided if payment was already made.

All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). If you are purchasing from outside Australia, your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.

Prices may change without notice. If there is a pricing error, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order within 7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

All sales are subject to our Returns Policy.

FAULTY POLICY

We aim to deliver products of the highest quality. If your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order. Include clear images and a description of the issue for assessment.

If a fault is confirmed, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price. Items not deemed faulty or considered to be damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or improper care will be returned to the customer.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase and can only be used on the Lalu website. They are not redeemable for cash. Lost or stolen cards are the responsibility of the customer. If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the refund will be issued as store credit.

STORE CREDIT

Store credits are linked to the email address used on the original order and are valid for three (3) years. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will expire after three years.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes must be applied during checkout to be valid. Only one code can be used per transaction. If a code was missed during an eligible order, contact our team immediately. Refunds for discounts are at Lalu's discretion.

WELCOME CODES

Lalu offers 10% off for first-time customers who sign up to our mailing list. The code must be entered at checkout and is valid for 30 days on full-priced items only.

WEBSITE SECURITY

This site is protected by SSL encryption to secure your personal and payment information. We do not store full credit card details — only the last four digits and expiry for verification purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and security of information, Lalu is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your data or account.

To the extent permitted by law, all guarantees, warranties, and representations not explicitly stated are excluded. If Lalu is found liable, our responsibility is limited to replacing, repairing, or refunding the product.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Lalu. Reproducing, distributing or using any part of the site without written permission is strictly prohibited.

WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website accessible at all times but may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance or technical reasons. Lalu is not liable for interruptions to service.

YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes or attempt to interfere with its operation. Unauthorised access or tampering is strictly prohibited.

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

By subscribing to Lalu's SMS alerts, you consent to receive marketing and transactional texts from us. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt-out anytime by replying STOP or contacting us at hello@laluthelabel.com.

Lalu is not responsible for delays, undelivered messages, or charges incurred by your carrier. Please ensure your mobile number is up to date.

TERMINATION

We may cancel or suspend access to the website and/or your order if you breach our terms. If an order is cancelled prior to dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

FULL AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy and Returns policies, constitute the full agreement between you and Lalu.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part shall be severed, and the rest shall remain valid.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
