Shipping

Import duties and taxes are not included in your purchase and may be charged upon arrival, depending on your country’s customs regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you’d like more clarity before placing your order. Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

Orders placed before 1pm AEDT on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm AEDT will leave the next business day. During peak periods or promotional events, there may be slight delays, but we always do our best to keep things moving quickly.

Deliveries are made between 8am–6pm, Monday to Friday. A signature may be required upon delivery, so please ensure someone is available. If not, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest collection point for pick-up.

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@laluthelabel.com. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes—but we’ll always try our best to assist.

Pre-order items will ship at the date noted on the product page. You'll receive a confirmation as soon as your item is on its way. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock pieces, we’ll send your in-stock items right away at no additional charge.
