Full-Priced Items
Full-priced styles can be returned for a refund, credit note, or size exchange — whatever feels right for you.
Sale Items
Items marked as "sale" or purchased during a flash or promotional sale (via code or automatic discount) are final sale and not eligible for refund, credit note, or exchange.

What is your return policy?
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of your parcel being delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

- Items marked as final sale or purchased during promotional events are not eligible for return or exchange.

Where is Lalu located?
Lalu is based in Sydney, Australia.
While all orders are shipped with DHL Express directly from our team of tailors in Bali, all returns are processed at our Sydney studio.
This allows us to support slow, ethical production while still ensuring an easy returns process for our customers.

- Once your return arrives at our warehouse we'll process it as soon as possible.
- Exchanges will be sent the following business day.
- We will issue a refund and the funds will return to your account or gift card. Please allow up to 5 working days for your refunded amount to reach your account. You will also get a refund confirmation email.
- If you have returned your full order to us for a refund, you will receive a refund not including the shipping costs.
